Water absorption experiment.

We have been very busy in fifth class testing which type of paper absorbs the most water. We found that both tissue paper and kitchen roll were the best while newspaper and paper bag did not work as well. We know what we will be using next time there’s a spillage in the classroom!!!

Our Active motto!

Well done to Edel in 2nd class who won our School Active motto competition. It reads, “Healthy children we aim to be, being active is the key.” All the boys and girls know the motto and we practised with our actions every day.
