Garda John and Garda Ann visited Junior Infants on Monday. They talked to the children about “stranger danger” and what to do if they were to get lost. They showed the children their new uniforms and they even got to try them on!!

Musical Collaboration with 5th and 2nd

Mr Mc Ateer invited 2nd class down to his wonderful 5th to share in some musical fun. We used body percussion to accompany our lyrics, we sang in rounds with varying dynamics and learned some new terms like syncopation! We can’t wait for our next lesson already! 0

We had lots of fun playing different playground games and races during our PE lesson this week. Mr Mc Gowan read us the story, Giraffes Can’t Dance. He was very entertaining! We thoroughly enjoyed the accents he put on! We had a show and tell about our favourite toys or hobbies.
