During mindfulness week, we made some cool glitter jars. The glitter swirling around in the bottle represents how thoughts can swirl around in our minds. If we take some time out and do something relaxing this will help our thoughts to settle.
4th class were experimenting with oil and water and how they don’t mix. They created some beautiful art as a result.
We performed our assembly today which was all about mindfulness and mental health. We showed the school some breathing exercises and body movements that will help us in stressful times.
